3. PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a third-party payment option is selected. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

4. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PLANS

We may offer payment options through third-party providers such as:

  • Klarna
  • Affirm
  • Afterpay
  • PayPal Pay Later

If you choose one of these options:

  • You are entering into a separate agreement with that provider
  • The Company receives full payment at the time of purchase
  • You are responsible for all payment obligations to the provider

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Payment schedules
  • Interest, fees, or penalties
  • Disputes between you and the provider
5. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

No refunds will be provided for any digital products, including:

  • The Complete Speaking System
  • The Speak With Impact course
6. COURSE TRANSFER OPTION (GROUP COACHING)

If you purchase the Speak With Impact course and are unable to participate in the live group coaching sessions, you may request a transfer to a future offering of the group coaching component, subject to the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 12 months of your original purchase date
  • The Company must offer the program again within that timeframe
  • The transfer applies only to the group coaching sessions
  • Additional bonuses, pricing changes, or new features in future offerings are not guaranteed

The Company reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue group coaching sessions at its discretion.

7. ACCESS TO PRODUCTS

Upon purchase, you will receive access to the product(s) you purchased.

Access may be granted via:

  • A secure login
  • A protected download page

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if you violate these Terms.
