Welcome to pamterry.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by Pam Terry (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing this Website or purchasing any product or service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website or purchase our products.

1. USE OF WEBSITE AND CONTENT

All content on this Website, including courses, downloads, templates, videos, and materials (collectively, “Content”), is the property of the Company and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

You agree not to:

  • Share, copy, distribute, or resell any Content
  • Upload Content to third-party platforms
  • Use Content for commercial purposes without written permission
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We offer digital products and services, including:

  • Speak With Impact: The Complete Speaking System
  • Speak With Impact: The Premier Experience (Online Course + Group Coaching)
  • Speak With Impact Coaching

Digital products may include downloadable materials, videos, and/or live or recorded sessions. Coaching is mostly delivered virtually by Zoom and may include in-person delivery depending on the location.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a third-party payment option is selected. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

4. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PLANS

We may offer payment options through third-party providers such as:

  • Klarna
  • Affirm
  • Afterpay
  • PayPal Pay Later

If you choose one of these options:

  • You are entering into a separate agreement with that provider
  • The Company receives full payment at the time of purchase
  • You are responsible for all payment obligations to the provider

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Payment schedules
  • Interest, fees, or penalties
  • Disputes between you and the provider
5. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

No refunds will be provided for any digital products or services, including:

  • The Complete Speaking System
  • The Speak With Impact course
  • Speak With Impact Coaching
6. COURSE TRANSFER OPTION (GROUP COACHING)

If you purchase the Speak With Impact course and are unable to participate in the live group coaching sessions, you may request a transfer to a future offering of the group coaching component, subject to the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 12 months of your original purchase date
  • The Company must offer the program again within that timeframe
  • The transfer applies only to the group coaching sessions
  • Additional bonuses, pricing changes, or new features in future offerings are not guaranteed

The Company reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue group coaching sessions at its discretion.

7. COACHING SESSION CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

The following policy applies to all 1:1 coaching sessions, including the Single Strategy Session and VIP Coaching Package:

  • Cancellations with 48+ hours notice:  You may reschedule your session at no charge by using the reschedule link provided in your confirmation email.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours: Sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule one time as a courtesy.
  • Late arrivals: Sessions begin and end at their scheduled times. If you arrive late, we will make the most of the time remaining, and the session will conclude as scheduled. If you have not joined within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session may be treated as a no-show. 
  • No shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice is non-refundable. Rescheduling may be considered for extenuating circumstances.
  • Rescheduling by the Company: In the rare event we need to reschedule a session, you will be given as much notice as possible and offered a new time at no charge.
8. VIP COACHING PACKAGE TERMS
  • All coaching hours included in the VIP Coaching Package must be used within 30 days of the purchase date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The cancellation and rescheduling policy in Section 7 applies to each individual session booked within the VIP Coaching Package.
9. ACCESS TO PRODUCTS

Upon purchase, you will receive access to the product(s) you purchased.

Access may be granted via:

  • A secure login
  • A protected download page

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if you violate these Terms.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Content is owned by the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. NO GUARANTEES

We provide educational tools, strategies, and systems designed to improve communication and public speaking skills.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific results
  • Business outcomes
  • Income or earnings
  • Speaking opportunities

Your results depend on your effort, experience, and application.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

  • Use or misuse of the Website or Content
  • Participation in any program
  • Business, financial, or personal decisions

You agree that your use of our products and services is at your own risk.

14. MODIFICATIONS
