The Anatomy of Fear: Understanding Why We Get Nervous

Before we get into the 'how,' it's crucial to grasp the 'why.' What is it about standing in front of a crowd that sends shivers down our spines? Reasons for being fearful vary widely.  Contrary to popular belief, the root of the fear often isn't the reason for the fear, but rather our biological need to belong to a "clan." Reasons don’t cause fear. They just keep feeding the fear.
